I ordered flowers to be delivered for my anniversary. Before leaving to deliver the flowers, they call the my girlfriend to ask if she'll be home for her flower delivery. I provided my phone number at the time of ordering to avoid this. I called to let them know what happened and just asked if they could avoid this in the future and the guy with whom I was speaking got an attitude with me about it. The flowers are gorgeous and she loves them, but I doubt I will use them again based on how their employee spoke to me.

Best florist in Valparaiso. Floral arrangements created to your color, flower varieties and price range. They have silk floral arrangement in the shop throughout the store that are gorgeous. They even help young children purchase a small floral bouquet, treating them kindly and professionally. I am always impressed. They've been in Valparaiso for decades. This newer location is even better. oh and planters are also available and quick if you need a ladt minute gift OR arrangement for a funeral. Be sure to support this fabulous local business!

Just got hung up on trying to order Valentine’s Day flowers. I understand it’s a stressful busy time but the customer service was completely horrible I’m taking my business elsewhere. The lady had a hard time understanding me and was very rude and obnoxious. Horrible experience
