Recently adopted from local shelter after 5 yrs of being pet-free, so had to find a new vet. Call was answered quickly and appt was scheduled for the next day. They had a 'covid set-up' that was pretty stellar, keeping folks and pets at least 6 ft away from each other. Each person with whom I interacted was professional, courteous, caring to both me and my pet. Services were reasonably priced and needed meds were not outrageously expensive. Definitely glad I called them first!
I just love Dr. Taylor and all the staff at the KV animal clinic. They always take care of your animals and offer the best care. Its nice to have a vet and staff that are so caring. I love the work that you all do for Black Pine Animal Sanctuary as well. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
We took our dog Maggie to the clinic for the first time this week. It was our first visit to the clinic and we will always take her there from not on. Everyone in the office were 5 star in all ways. Dr Taylor took care of her and was so great with her. They are all 5 stars and Maggie told us (LOL), that is were she wants to go when she needs a doctor. When you need a vet you can't go wrong with them.
We took 6 cats to be spayed or neutered over the course of 3 weeks. Staff was informative and efficient. All kitties did well, with no complications.
Our vet was sick and Dr Taylor and staff worked us in. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They even called the next day to see how our dog was doing!
