Ross Hollywood Chapel

We had an outstanding experience with Ross Hollywood Chapel. The funeral director Astin is simply wonderful; she is so kind and has such attention to detail. The chaplain they helped us to engage, Father Larry, did an amazing job personalizing the services at Ross and at Willamette National Cemetery. The entire experience from presenting service options to our final good-bye to my dad was flawless. It brought such comfort and peace to my mom and our whole family. I highly recommend their services.

Shawn, the funeral home director, explained all the details and restrictions of our service and he made us very comfortable throughout the process. He and Astin, the assistant director, helped us hook up our slideshow, which went very well. There was plenty of room in the chapel and the waiting areas. Before we left the service, our friends and family let us know that they liked the presentable arrangements and the peacefulness of the home. Arrangements for the service and all the choices were made easy with a menu of choices presented to us via a large screen TV. Shawn and Astin arranged the burial with Gethsemani Cemetery and we had no worries about the transfer and the final burial. During the day they took away my grandmother’s body from her home, two ladies from Ross Hollywood came and were very respectable handling the body. They also were well-prepared with the needs for the upcoming service. Dignity is a great name for the company, from the beginning to the end, and they treated us and our grandmother’s burial with utmost care. Shawn was very knowledgeable about past Filipino and Catholic burials, and he made very good suggestions for us. We highly recommend them.
