Not happy at all, go to another funeral home.nMy father and mother’s funeral is pre arranged and paid for at Hunt and Son Funeral Home. When my father passed the corner said we would hear from the funeral home that afternoon, that was a Monday. By Tuesday we had not heard anything from anyone, where was my father??? My mother finally call H&S, we could go there in a few hours to make the final decisions.nWe were told dad’s ashes would be back to us by Friday, here it is Saturday, no ashes, no phone call, nothing. WHERE IS MY FATHER’S REMAINS?????nBad enough no services because of COVID, but to be treated like this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I guess in their eyes they got their money, so no big deal.nnMade a very stressful situation even more stressful,,,,, thanks a lotnChris Downey
The funeral home did a great job of coordinating with the Indiana Patriot Guard in an escort and service for WWII MIA/KIA Pfc Marvin E Dickson. We thank you for assistance and kind and caring attitude
