Incredible customer service! I spoke with Pat early this morning to ask about delivering sunflowers to my best friend. Pat didn’t have enough sunflowers in the shop, she went above and beyond to purchase more sunflowers and personally deliver them to my best friend in the same day! My friend had many big smiles and they helped brighten her day from her surgery. The other day I went online to order some flowers for my uncle, when the website wouldn’t let me enter in my zip code for payment I simply called and was assisted so quickly it was amazing. I’m so glad I decided to call instead and they made the process so quick and easy sending some of the most beautiful flowers, a beautiful hand painted card and FAST delivery! I forgot to order flowers for my mother in law so I called in the afternoon asking about same day delivery. Although they couldn’t deliver they suggested a courier for a small charge, brilliant! Two hours later a gorgeous arrangement was at her doorstep with an amazing box of chocolates. Wonderful company!
