ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Helped this mom from MI avoid an epic birthday fail by providing same day delivery of flowers to my daughter for her first birthday living in Portland! THANK YOU! And the flowers were and still are beautiful!
The first time I stopped in my friend and I were completely ignored by the staff /owner. Seemed weird since we were the only customers in the shop. The plants and flowers were uniquely gorgeous, so it was very disappointing. After reading these reviews, I will give Colibri another try. I buy fresh flowers every week, and getting them from a neighborhood business would be great.
I love this little shop! Its small, local, and has a good selection of cacti and succulents.
This is my favorite shop in Portland!!!!!!! Colibri is so exquisitely curated, the experience itself is a treasure. The plants are healthy and lush, the flowers are to die for..ones you won't see anywhere else in the city. The owner and staff are gems, the kindest around. They have beautiful pots, some candles, a few perfect little items you didn't know you needed. It's rare to find a place that's so charming and friendly and sophisticated all in one. Bring flowers to your date! Buy yourself a bouquet! Take your best friend here and make her pick out a plant!
I've been meaning to stop in and finally did today. I'm so glad I did! This shop is super cute with a selection of plants that isn't exactly the same as every other shop in town. They also have some great pottery and lovely florists! They were busy (day before Valentine's day) but not once did I feel ignored or forgotten about. The staff was super pleasant and friend and quickly put together a small bouquet for me. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend!
