The Portland White House is Portland’s best kept secret. We had an amazing stay with everything done to perfection. The Innkeepers are super friendly and saw to our every need. The rooms are simply exquisite, with the beds like puffy clouds. Breakfast was delicious!nThe mansion is stunning and so historic. What a treat we had. We’ll be back!
Absolutely stunning experience at the white house. Love the old architecture mixed with modern rooms. We were the only ones there one night and it was so fun running around and having this whole manor to ourselves. The second night there were many other guests but it was so nice to all have breakfast in the am before check out. Fun place.
Stayed for a friend's wedding reception and it was great. Pretty hotel. Very strange I had never heard of this place before but I guess it has been here for forever. Would def stay again in the future. The wedding food was delicious and their servers were really all about us. Downstairs was the banquet and everything was super beautifully done. Our friends Sarah and Jamie started their commitment right, for sure :)
We traveled to Portland for the first time this holiday season. We enjoyed the city quite a bit, but the gem was where we ACTUALLY stayed which was Portland's white house. What a magical setting, what a joyous Christmas. Like something right out of Dickens. Very enjoyable and hope to come back some day :)
Carol and Brian were fantastic! We had a wedding during the COVID pandemic - they went out of their way to make the event one to remember with ouR limited allowed attendance and helping with the technology to stream the event online. The rooms and facilities were beautiful. Highly recommend this venue for all your events.
