These are the most caring people to help in a person's time of need. We were treated like family. Their services are far above any other funeral home we have ever been in. I highly recommend their services to anyone that finds themselves in need to bury a loved one. I can't say enough of how caring, personable and honest they are. Even if you're not from Argos it is worth you peace of mind, time and money to take your business to them.
The Earl Grossman Funeral Home has done a wonderful job on several funerals for my family and friends. Everyone that works at this facility is so friendly, professional, helpful and compassionate that a very difficult time was made far easier. I highly recommend this company in your time of need.
Funeral director was very unprofessional and embarrassed my sisters entire family on the day of her husbands funeral . There were over 20 family members that included Father Mother , sisters and brothers to come and support my sister that day , ( immediate family )The director Alan publicly embarrassed my Sisters family by asking us to get up and move from the reserved seats that my sister had reserved for us ! My entire family could not believe this ..., I have never witnessed any thing quite like this ever during a family funeral . Very unprofessional and rude ! I cannot recommend this business to anyone .This was a very emotional day for my Sister and she needed us to be near not 6 rows behind her ! I was also embarrassed as I tried to make my way to the microphone as I had been asked by my Sister to give a eulogy for my brother in law. I am sure other family members will be calling this business about the lack of unprofessionalism! Sad day indeed
