Very professional.n good care of pets.
We loved Parrett. After finding a cat in the farm fields behind our home, we were trying to find a vet ASAP to assure the health of the cat. After waiting in the car during walk-in hours for quite a while, our peace of mind was eased as the Doctor came out to our car, remained 6 ft. from us, and told us all the important information about our new found cat. Affordable, personal, and caring service at Parrett and it was only our first trip. Very impressed and will continue to make the drive!
The doctors and staff here are amazing. They obviously care about every animal that comes in. The pricing is great and they always provide multiple options and prices and guide you through the decisions with full transparency.
I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone even if you have an established care facility for your pet, you won’t be sorry you gave them a try. The staff and Dr. are very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. They will go the extra mile to put you at ease. Their services are also affordable as pet care can be very expensive. I won’t think twice about going elsewhere as I have found the perfect place for our family dog.
As a walk in, you're pushed to the way back. As I waited, noticed people in and out, and at least 4 of us waited 4 hours or longer . Ridiculous.. They could at least work people in after each appointment. 1 appointment, 1 walk in.. so on.... Just common sense.... I don't think people just come here just for the hell of it... Other than that, great staff...
