Maddox absolutely loves going to ‘camp’ here. We board him multiple times each year and he is always happy to return!
I had to have my support dog down that I had for 19 yrs. The staff was so comforting and caring. I would recommend them to anyone that loves their pets!!
The staff has always been professional and go out of their way to support you and your pet. My dog recently had a small emergency and they immediately got back to me and got us in even though they were booked out weeks. They take the time to provide pricing information and answer any questions. Would recommend to any friend with a pet.
I will never go back. Two years ago my dog was diagnosed with advanced stages of intestinal and stomach cancer. I'd heard good things about the staff, and it was a beautiful property so I thought it'd be a good place to arrange his last hour. I explained this to the wonderful techs, and arrangements were made. The vet did an unauthorized and unwanted examination while he was being weighed. He came in to say there was nothing wrong with our dog and he was fine. Our dog had lost 30 lbs in 2 wks, was unable to eat, drink, and barely walk. I'd seen the tumors myself. Despite my tear-filled attempt to explain this, he treated us like the scum of the earth and was VERY hostile. Additionally, he charged for the examination we didn't want or need. Techs were amazing, and the only reason we gave 2, not 1, stars.
