This office is absolutely amazing, they took great care of my cat. The veterinarian came out twice (each visit) to explain everything to me. This will now be our personal vet!
My dog cut his paw pad on our property and I was nursing him over the course of 2-3 days. I reached out to Elwood Animal Hospital via their website at 8AM on morning 4 just to get a professional opinion that everything was fine and by 8:15AM I had a missed call from their clinic. Not only was the responsive service and evident compassion from all staff great, but the professionalism provided piece of mind.nnWould highly recommend to anyone.
Today we had to put my first baby down. Her name was abbi. I’m not sure who loves who more, but I do know that she taught me how to love. Abbi was 8 years old, and was recently diagnosed with fast spreading cancer. Dr. Raichel went above and beyond for abbi and I. I have never had to put a dog down before, but if I ever have to again, dr. Raichel will be the guy I go to. He is so compassionate, and thoughtful. He gave us as much time as we needed, and was very informative on the whole process. Dr. Raichel made this hard time, a little easier.
I love how the staff here listens to the pet owner's concerns and explains things so that someone who's not a vet tech can understand. They were so kind and gentle with our kitty when he was sick. They did what needed to be done to make him well and even helped us when it came to discussing payment options and arrangements. Very professional, caring people. 5 stars!!
They clipped my dogs nails and was very nice to him and us. And when I had to put my Doberman down they were so helpful and nice to us.
