If I could give them a million stars I would. This is the second time this year I have had to bring my dog here. Yesterday, it was for hornet stings that my dog and I both got. I took Willow here and they got her right in. Then Dr. Goad called me and told me they would take care of my baby but that I needed to go get checked. Ended up in the ER most of the afternoon with a serve allergic reaction. Dr. Goad called while I was in the ER to let me know Willow was doing great and then asked how I was! They even offered to keep her overnight if needed at no charge. When I finally got to go get here, everyone was so nice and Dr.Goad now only came out to let me know about Willow, but also sincerely asked how I was. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. And thankfully, Willow is doing great today! I still have a few days left to recover, but like most pet owners, I was way more concerned about Willow!
Cassie was fantastic. Very knowledgeable...explained everything clearly...and was very kind especially considering she was working on Thanksgiving. Thanks a ton.
A friend's kitten just died from choking to death because this place isn't open 24 hours anymore and there was nowhere else to go. A city the size of Anderson should have a 24 hour emergency animal hospital!! In an emergency, time is of the essence. People may not be able to make it to Indy. Emergencies don't always happen during between the convenient banking hours of 8 to 6. COVID isn't an excuse. Plenty of other, basically all, businesses that aren't essential, are open. I guess it just wasn't profitable enough for them. That's really sad. Greedy. They need to change everything online that still claims they are a 24 hour vet!
Due to my local Veterinarian being closed, I just now called because I had a question for my baby boy Hank & the lady who answered the phone was very nice and made me feel more comfortable with the questions I had. They were very sympathetic at the loss of my dog who had died on way to vet. I'm so glad they were open on a Saturday after my local vet closed worth the 30 minute drive from my house. Will take my other dog there from now on!!! Very highly recommend!!! I would rate it 10 Stars if I could !!!
