When another florist in town couldn't fulfill my order, I ordered from Toles. I picked out the Sunny Sunflowers Deluxe for my wife's Birthday. When I came home it was disappointing to find that what had been delivered was not the Deluxe version but instead the Standard version. Flowers are expensive and are a rare treat because of this.nnI reached out on messenger and my message was read and not responded to. I also tried emailing but I kept getting a bounce back as email address not valid. I only asked for a refund of the $10 difference.nnReading all of the other reviews, this place really is hit or miss. This experience was a miss for me and will not return.

Bad start to my Mother's 80th Birthday arrangement not being what I thought I ordered. Called after she received and was told to send pictures, sent receipt with picture and what she received. No word after 24 hrs. Called back and spoke to Sarah, she took the time to look into situation, called me back and actually talked to me to make things right. She needs to own this shop she is a very good customer advocate. Thank you so much!!!

My boyfriend has sent me flowers from this place for the last 2 years.. and every time there's something wrong. Either my name is wrong(no biggie) or the flowers are not lively, he ordered a nice arrangement for our 2 years and I got them yesterday and they are nothing like the picture- vase is smaller, not even close on the amount of flowers.nA girl in the office with me actually got some that were falling over and dead! They had to bring her new flowers and wasn't sorry in person at all.nnMy boyfriend did say yesterday that he will continue sending flowers, but wont buy from this place again.

Worked with Amanda to have an arrangement sent on behalf of a co-worker. Amanda is absolutely wonderful; as she gave so much of her time to work with me in getting my order. While talking with me - she was sending photos of items I had questions about. She was extremely patient, kind and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! She is a KEEPER!! This is my first time of ever giving a review but this is how much of an impression she made.

Out of town & in Anderson to see a new doctor. Needed a nice arrangement to take to the office for the staff. They immediately took my order and had the exact, beautiful arrangement finished for me in 10 mins. It was 20 dollars cheaper than I’m used to paying elsewhere. Amanda helped me and was so thoughtful. I will be back and thank you.
