I would like to start off with a huge THANK YOU to Dawn for your client acquisition skills and how you did all that you could to ensure the products quality!nWhen I called to order my arrangement I received the upmost assistance from Dawn! She was friendly, kind, professional, caring, knowledgeable, respectful, accommodating and helped with an obvious passion for her career and the clients that she serves.nThe bouquet arrived in a timely manner with the delivery driver taking every precaution to ensure its safe delivery. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful leaving the recipient in ahw! Thanks again! I certainly recommend this shop for any and all of your floral needs!
This is the second time I've purchased flowers for a funeral from this location the staff Pleasant and helpful very friendly. This time I actually had to bring the flower arrangement back because the funeral is next Saturday staff took the flower back they're going to deliver them next Saturday no problems love Bryan Florist shop
My daughter ordered flowers for my father’s funeral there, if she wanted to buy locally. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. We would definitely use Bryan’s florist again, hopefully under better circumstances.

I placed three separate orders from Bryan Florist and I was highly disappointed with the level of customer service & quality of the arrangements. I understand with the current pandemic COVID-19 there are issues with the supply of flowers but when a customer is dissatisfied you do what you can to accommodate them. When I first called about my order I spoke with a rude gentleman that could careless about my opinion of the arrangement & even laughed when I explained the symbolic meaning of each bouquet that was selected. Then I drove to the shop in Gary and was still disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Erica, the manager. No empathy, compassion, or apology. Just we'll give you your money. Everything is not about money, just because you give a customer a refund doesn't mean the issue is resolved. The end result is I received a full refund after retrieving all 3 arrangements from 3 different delivery locations & bring them back to the Gary location. I will never do business with Bryan Florist again & I would highly recommend others to do the same. Poor presentation & horrible customer service.
