Great care. Very clean.
The staff were very compassionate when it came to putting my dog to rest. They never rushed any moment and told me to take as much time as I needed to say goodbye to my dog. I'm so thankful for them.

Don't let this unassuming place fool you...they have the best vets and staff I have ever encountered in the 10 years I have had my dog. I have moved around a lot and have been to some large vet hospitals in Chicago, Indianapolis, Carmel, Mishawaka, and Michigan City, but this hospital has by far the kindest staff and vets, the most reasonable prices, and are on-target with their diagnoses and treatments.nnI drive to their clinic in Hammond even though I live in Chicago because of Dr. Collard's empathetic and exceptional care. I have to give a million thank yous to her for my dog's recovery last year when he became very ill with pancreatitis and contracted an infection.nnNothing is forced or pushed here. When you call, you will always feel like they will try to give you the times you need, and when you show up, the staff is very respectful and courteous (especially Jackie!) The vets take time out to talk to you without discounting your concerns. They explain everything and give clear instructions and recommendations. They even have three clinic cats that are usually sleeping above the reception table which you may not even notice because they hardly move, even when my dog is barking. You will not be disappointed by this clinic's warm and gentle care.
