I wasn’t home and the driver went out of his way and delivered my product to a different location with no problem . Lansing is the best location and the gift was for a Hammond resident. Preferred over Schererville location.
I order an big 130 fruit and candy and balloons to be delivered today and it hasn’t gotten here as of 942pm.. and when I called regarding eta the lady said in a sarcastic way “before 7:30” and I paid for the extra delivery for it to be same day... this was my first time ordering edible arrangements and let me just say IM NOT SATISFIED
I placed an order online for a friend and it was delivered at the requested time. The arrangement was very pretty and looked exactly like the website picture.
I am from Louisiana and I called for anniversary arrangement edible arrangement and they said it would be delivered out today and I called at 4:00 p.m. and the guy that answered said oh yeah it's on his way my dad and my stepmom never received the arrangement I am quite upset poor service
2 of the 4 strawberries were rotten. Delivery was supposed to happen Friday by 7pm...did not receive it until Saturday morning 10am..the personalized message was not included..had no idea who it came from..very hard to reach on the telephone..I called several times Friday to check status...WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!
