Have been tasking our dogs here for 27 years!!!
Im a first time dog owner, and i took my puppy for his first veterinarian visit. Staff was incredibly nice. Late hours for after work visits. Made me and my puppy feel comfortable and at ease. And more importantly, I am grateful for them being sure to educate me as a new owner, so that I can be the best owner.
The experience I had from the moment I called the office was great! The person who answered the phone was professional and informative of the questions I asked! The technician I had was also informative and was great with my puppy who is an energetic Siberian Husky. When Dr. Heckler called me to give me information for the reason of my visit, he far exceeded my expectations with the information given and personal thoughts added. I felt that my puppy was cared for and will continue care with this office! Thank you ud83dude0a!
I have been taking our pets to LSPC for well over 13 years and I love most of the doctors. My go to vet, for cat care is Dr. Clements and Dr. Cooper and Heckler are great as well. Dr. Heckler is great at researching symptoms if they are at a loss for a diagnosis. Great staff too!! I highly recommend this clinic.
