During the Covid19 crisis clients must call early the same day to get on the appointment list for that day. We take all four of our kitties there, plus recently my step mother's kitty that required urgent vet care. I was told I could pick up medication for my dog. I go to pick it up and they have no record of it. I have messages that prove I spoke to someone. Completely unprofessional.
