The grooming salon, led by manager & my regular groomer Cherree, did an amazing job getting all the smoke and air pollution cut and washed off my dog Maggie during all the Oregon fires near Salem. She is a white silky fur dog who had turned grey from the air quality, and is clean and happy again now! She came home smelling sweet, and they used her favorite Top Dog hypoallergenic shampoo, conditioner and scent on her. Her nose and paws were conditioned. Thank you!

The store was clean. The staff friendly and knowledgeable, without being nosy or hovering. I thought prices were a little high, but probably worth it since we got great service!

The Salem PetSmart store is my go to place for all my pet/cat needs. The staff is knowledgeable and polite and very helpful answering questions and suggesting options. The store is clean and they have sanitized carts as well as offer hand cleaner and masks for those who do not have them. This makes PetSmart in Salem, my best choice.

First time as new pet parents and Efrain was our groomer for our labradoodle and he was so amazing. He was so patient and loving towards are very scared dog. Looking forward to going back to him for our dogs grooming needs.
