The staff was very accommodating and professional. My brother in law had been sick for a while, but he looked well. They did a wonderful job. They were very patient with our family.
Very unprofessional. Nothing more to say
I was very alarmed by the unprofessional behavior displayed by this business. The staff seemed to be uncaring in their handling of the children of the deceased. I had to ask that the program be distributed, at the end of the service they had to be summoned tonconclude the service and thank the family for using them. As a matter of fact, I don't recall any representative saying thank you. Overall it seemed one hand didn't know what the other was doing. We have had several relatives to come there for final service. I hope the remaining children will not have their loved one use this business again. In addition, the birthdate on this website is incorrect. Maannnnn...
My Mom passed away two months ago and they were so patient with us as we were making arrangements. They allowed me to do my Moms hair and makeup. They were so curtious and professional. I highly recommend them!!! Thank you from the McGee family.
I would like to give a standing ovation to the staff of Smith and Bizzell, from Charlie the removal person, the office staff Kim and June and my funeral director and embalmers. They recently handled the passing of my father, which since I live in Nevada was made very easy by the staff of this funeral home. What more can I say they are professional and each one of them took great care of my dad. I wish I could do more to thank them but for now here's a public thank you from the Harris family. Your kind words and acts of professionalism and love will not go unnoticed.
