Rude and unprofessional! As an out of town guest for a funeral this was the worst experience I've ever had. There was no organization or sense of compassion from these people. After the funeral no one was handing out car stickers and we were lost. When we got to the cemetery the WRONG PLOT WAS DUG!(I promise this is NO LIE)nnI called to speak with a supervisor and all I got was defensiveness and excuses instead of apologies. I made it a point not to yell or be rude but the woman that was on the phone was cold and snappy. The ONLY thing good I will say is that the makeup on the deceased was done well. Their attitudes, execution and customer service was off!

I have been to several funeral homes in the northwest Indiana and this by far is the best FUNERAL HOME I’ve encountered. The service was VERY professional. The compassion they shared with me during my time of sorrow was Heartwarming. They went out there way to make sure I was accommodated with everything I needed. My loves definitely had a home going celebration’s. Thank you POWELL & Coleman for your service.
