Flowers are nice but pre- paying is the problem.... I was told to pick up flowers at 12pm. THREE HOURS LATER, I received my flowers. My Son’s date and his family was livid with our tardiness. I will not recommend this flower shop to anyone who likes to be on time.
I would not recommend or support this florist again. The flower arrangement ordered was deluxe, the arrangement received looked standard size and not like the arrangement online. The flowers arrived to the funeral home late and I was given two explanations on why they were late although the information was on the order form.
Flowers were absolutely beautiful. Time of delivery was the problem, 15 minutes before funeral started was a little to close for my family and I. The casket spray & two stand up flowers were supposed to be delivered no later than 10:20. Funeral started at 11:00.
