Absolute fabulous arrangement for the price. I was more then happy with the funeral basket I ordered for my neighbor. Bryan's plant choice and arrangement really showed my personal care, support and sympathy during this awful situation. She was over the moon delighted when she saw them at the funeral home. Thank you Bryan's Florist!
I placed three separate orders from Bryan Florist and I was highly disappointed with the level of customer service & quality of the arrangements. I understand with the current pandemic COVID-19 there are issues with the supply of flowers but when a customer is dissatisfied you do what you can to accommodate them. When I first called about my order I spoke with a rude gentleman that could careless about my opinion of the arrangement & even laughed when I explained the symbolic meaning of each bouquet that was selected. Then I drove to the shop in Gary and was still disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Erica, the manager. No empathy, compassion, or apology. Just we'll give you your money. Everything is not about money, just because you give a customer a refund doesn't mean the issue is resolved. The end result is I received a full refund after retrieving all 3 arrangements from 3 different delivery locations & bring them back to the Gary location. I will never do business with Bryan Florist again & I would highly recommend others to do the same. Poor presentation & horrible customer service.
Nice employees but kinda pricey
They are rude, can't hardly get them to answer the phone, when they do they put you on hold then hang up on you! They said they could have flowers delivered the date I needed but then didnt!! Very disappointed
