This clinic was amazing. They treated our very sick kitty with respect and love. The office staff was kind and compassionate to Misty's needs and our human needs. They allowed us to be with our Misty during her last bit of life. The vet on staff was efficient with a diagnosis and gave us the best advice for Misty's situation. The end of life options were affordable and executed with grace and love. I would recommend this clinic to all of my friends and family.
Unfortunately my pumpkin Mooch didn't make it. However I think the doctorsndid what they could. They were really compassionate and understanding. I only gave a three-star because itnwas, in my opinion, really expensive to have him put down and cremated, over $300. Just FYI because they are an emergency clinic so the office visit is $150. If you're tight on money you may want to try another place.
The team was professional, prompt and courteous. It was more expensive than going to my regular vet, but that is expected (and reasonable) for emergency care. My cat needed help on the weekend and they made her more comfortable and communicated with our vet for follow up care. Thank you!
We received top notch overnight care for our injured barn cat! For an overnight emergency service, we found this place affordable and felt our cat was in good hands when we left him. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt staff, a big thank you to Dr. Witczak and crew!
I'm surprised about how many poor reviews there are due to pricing..nYes, shelling out or financing an unexpected large cost always hurts. But not sure why that reflects in bad reviews of the clinic? It's a business! They are upfront about the pricing, everyone I talked to was very professional, pleasant, and straightforward about costs/time estimates.nThere are so few 24 hour veterinary ERs these days, I hope this clinic will stick around for a long time to come!
