Doctor came outside to check our dogs allergic reaction. Medication was very affordable. Very funny guy and nurse was sweet too. They were very respectful and somber towards another couple whose pet had just passed away and provided them with a very nice box.

I got my cats spayed here last week and it was a very stressful experience. I don't have any experience with caring for cats after a procedure such as this, and I got little instructions for aftercare. Additionally, I had a lot of issues with putting on their e-collars and keeping them on. I ended up calling the clinic, hoping to get any kind of advice, and their receptionist was not very helpful. She told me that the cats have never had e-collars so that's why they didn't like them (I'm sorry but that advice is really obvious and unhelpful) and also said to create a harness out of the e-collars, yet was vague about how to do it. I felt confused and frustrated but said thanks anyway.nA few days after their procedure, I was very concerned because one of my cats' sutures were red, swollen, and bleeding.nI called the Pet Clinic a half an hour after they opened hoping for any kind of help because honestly I was terrified.nAnyway, they said someone would call me back in a few minutes. I ended up waiting for hours next to my phone.nMy boyfriend called on his lunch hour as well and was put on hold for 40 minutes. When someone finally answered, they put him on hold again. Needless to say, his lunch hour ended before he was able to speak to anyone.nNo one ever contacted me (it's been four days). I ended up calling a different clinic for advice.nTo conclude, this experience left me feeling very sad and disappointed. I thought I could trust this clinic but this experience makes me not want to return. I will now unfortunately be finding another clinic that will hopefully not leave me hanging, anxiety ridden and crying, for hours on end.

Everybody that works there is really nice. Good service, they put you on hold linger than you'd like to be. They take good care of your pet.

The vet is very kind and doesn’t make you spend money you don’t have. Very practical and very good with humans and animals alike. Staff was nice. Long wait sometimes, but that’s to be expected I guess.

Our experience here was not the best. This was our first time at this clinic. I arrived at my appointment in the morning for an ultrasound for my dog. After about 30 minutes they told me to come back later in the afternoon once their lead tech was available. That in itself was frustrating and an inconvenience. I arrived later in the afternoon and was greeted by a grumpy lead tech who cut me off in the middle of my sentence and asked for my dog. She was an extremely rude lady. I explained to her that since our appointment had to be postponed because we were waiting for her I was just trying to explain something to her about my dog. This tech needs some retraining in customer service. It's because of her that we will NOT be returning to this clinic. The doctor was nice and explained things to me about my dog, but due to the disrespectful manner of the lead tech lady, I have decided to find a different clinic for my animals.
