West Salem Animal Clinic

Very nice and they love my animal like I do. They’re definitely pet people here and the animals feel at ease going in there with them. They made my pup feel better within days.

We so appreciate the care and compassion of the staff at the West Salem Animal Clinic. We've been taking our canine (and previously feline) family members there for many, many years -- through good times and difficult decisions. Gregor is excited to see Dr. Sirianni and the staff, as was Cubby Bear. It's a good sign when the dog is happy to go to the vet. Side note: Being a veterinarian is difficult work, especially in these very uncertain times. Please be extra kind and understanding.

Waste of time and money! Reception is unfriendly and not helpful. I took my pet once and will not return again due to rude customer service. I felt like my pet was not valued or well cared for.

I have been with West Salem animal Clinic since 2009. I brought my kitten in yesterday for shots and I asked the tech how much all the shots were with the blood test. No problem....expecting about $150 (estimation on the high side). I asked them to take a quick look at his ears as he has been scratching. It cost 120 to see ear mites and treat him.nMy problem with all of this is they did not tell me that they were doing it. They did not tell me it would cost $52 to look at his ears to determine ear mites ( his FULL physical exam cost $58 one month ago) they gave me ZERO OPTIONS...... just did it. I looked on line and can treat ear mites at home with mineral oil. So unhappy..... never never had this problem when Dr.Turnbull, DeeDee, and Chris were involved. I will never go back

All I did was call… Ask if they were taking new patients. And she said she was booked out for almost a month, I said all right well thank you I will pass for now and got hung up on… That one interaction was an awful reflection of this place. I didn’t even go inside but will never take my pet there due to the lack of service over the phone.
