Only one person came to pick up my loved one from my home. Then asked family members to help move the body onto the gurney. They did not embalm my loved one properly and the odor of rot was horrible. The bathroom floor was spongy and the toilet rocked side to side when used.
My family has used this firm for generations and will continue to do so when the need arises. This is the only local-owned funeral home serving Walkerton.
