I had a good experience with the florist. While they were out of stock with the particular figurine I ordered, they called and discussed options with me. They proposed a similar figurine and were able to make the delivery on time. I was very pleased with the support.

I struggled finding a shop who delivered to the address that I needed, and then I found Town and Country. Originally ordered online then an hour later needed to make some changes and add on to my order. Called the shop and they were extremely pleasant and professional.
