They changed the type of flowers not the ones that have ordered; however, i asked for no supebsitute the order. They have called me that they will change only the clor of the basket from White to Brown, but not the color or type of flowere. I have ordered cheerful bouquet includes lavender daisy spray chrysanthemums, dark purple Matsumoto asters, lavender cushion spray chrysanthemums and purple Monte Cassino asters accented with fresh greenery, but they sent different coloro and different rtypes of flowers. I would rate them for zero and they were not honet Flower shop.The Daisy Dream photo the orginal order,but see the second photo of what they have sent.
