It was supposed to be Pink glads, pale pink roses, bi-color pink roses, pink Asiatic lilies lush greens in a clear glass gathering vase. This is totally not what we got. We live in the other side of Illinois so we can't just go in to argue with the company. However, if this is how they treat people that order online no matter the time then they should stop being a FTD company. What a huge disappointment in what has arrived at the funeral of my grandmother's especially since its supposed to be full of color and what arrived was mostly greenery. They should pay much closer attention to what the items are supposed to look like andnicnthey don't have that product then do everything to make it look close atleast. This makes me question weather or not I will do business with this company again or not. Again we are very not satisfied with our order from this company.
I rate the Flower Nook as a 5 star Florist shop because no matter what the reason or occassion is I need something small, big, or just in between, they always have just what I'm looking for.nGreat customer service and delivery service as well!
