Very nice people with beautiful flowers.
Town and country did an amazing job on the flowers I ordered for my great grandma the day before mothers day. I was very impressed with how fast they got them out. The website had them scheduled for 2 or 3 days after mothers day. They got them sent out the same day. The flowers were so beautiful. They were way better than what I ordered. I will order from them again and I recommend you do too.
We were traveling over the Fourth of July holiday weekend and needed a gift for a funeral. When we arrived the store was closed but there was a note on the door with a phone number. We called and the owner of the store came from home to provide the services we needed! Now that’s customer service! Beautiful store and products within, from the bottom of our hearts thanks again!
Update- they did not contact me they took it upon themselves to send a new batch of flowers. Understand sometimes things are over looked but taking it upon themselves to replace and deliver the flowers is true American customer service. Thanks for making things right I appreciate itnnHad some flowers delivered (Blush Rush Bouquet-Premium) on 5-5-20 and they showed up wilted. They didn’t sit outside they were delivered to somebody. Paid the extra money for premium thinking they would be top of the line and they were not. Pretty flowers but was disappointed in their condition for $100
