I was pleased with the service provided by Ellers Mortuary starting with the first time I called them to handle my mother's services. Every employee I spoke with either via phone or in person were extremely polite, courteous, and very accommodating. All folks at Ellers were very competent which was apparent by the way they could answer all of your questions. Our particular director, Ms. Kimberly Rose, deserves a special kudos for her help with all our needs. She was straight forward, very knowledgeable, but most importantly she was very accommodating to my families needs and made our experience the best it could be, considering all the circumstances such as the current COVID19 concern, etc. I consider Ellers Mortuary & Cremation Center a top notch funeral home and would recommend it to anyone seeking a proper send off to their loved one!
Ellers Mortuary & Cremation Center took wonderful care of us following the passing of our loved one, Charles Bollet. Kimberly Rose was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed for the viewing and funeral at the church. She took care of all the arrangements. A beautiful service. Kim is very passionate and kind. She guided us through the hardest of times and made our arrangements go very smoothly answering all of our questions and offering to contact her at anytime. Our family is extremely satisfied with the services provided.
