This place is the best! Always so very friendly and accommodating! Had a last minute order change that they made happen! Was not expecting they would do it, but was greatly appreciated!
The person I got the flowers for did a great job. They even dyied some so that he would have his favorite color. Thought prices was a little high, but they lasted for 3 weeks. And called them with in an hour or me getting there and they where ud83eudd14 ready. Would use again and always lovw to help out a small town business.
A year ago I would say 5 stars. Sadly now a 1 star is not even deserved. I ordered a 75.00 short vase arrangement with pink roses. When delivered they all fell out the vase. Yes, the flowers were beautiful. But, the recipient's flowers fell out immediately. She called and made explained the situation. The flowers were not even cut down for a a short square vase. She was put on hold for a long time. A man answered. Never picked back up. She called back and was transferred to a lady. The lady apologized and said they would be replaced. I called too and a guy told me he dropped them on their porch at 4:00pm. That was a lie. My recipient called back and talked to the lady again.. She apologized and made arrangements with the recipient to recieve her flowers today at 11:00am. Never happened ! I will no longer do business with them. All they had to do was simply fix the situation.
In order to leave a comment you must give a star, however 1 star is alittle too muchnThere is no voicemail so when you try to call to find out why your order never showed up there is a good chance they simply won't answer the phone which leaves you stuck with email communication which again may very likely remain unanswered.nThe company that does there credit and debit payments could take weeks to refund a delivery that doesn't show... possibly as it's been almost a month and I still have no refund yet.nThe skinny is boys and girls, if you're not dead set on actually receiving the flowers and your bank account has enough weight that you don't need the money and would like to just make a charitable donation to them, then by all means make your purchase with flowers by Ivan and Rick...or just crumple up your cash and set fire to it...it's really the same thingnGood luck
What a great business. The turn around on our delivery was faster than promised and the arrangement was beautiful. Highly recommend! And you can do business locally.
