My experience with this company was poor at best. If I could give a negative star I would.nI ordered flowers for our anniversary but I realized at the end of day of the due delivery that my wife had not received them.nI went back to my order email and realized that the delivery date was wrong. Ok I should have caught that still not sure how it happened. Anyway so I tried calling them and realized that they were not accepting calls. I actually had the flowers scheduled to be delivered a day early so I emailed French Tulip to see if the delivery could be rescheduled or if I could come in and pick-up the order. I never got a return email never ever to see if we could try and work out something anything.nI'm a very reasonable person and I even said that it may have been my fault about the wrong date but no return email or any form of communication. Won't have to worry about me dealing with you again.

Do not order from this place. My order was not delivered. I tried to contact them and the only phone number they provided is incorrect. I’ve emailed them 3 times trying to get someone to call me and have yet to hear anything. I live out of state, I ordered these flowers to be delivered to my moms place of work for her birthday. When they never showed up my mom drove to the address listed on their website to see if she could just pick them up and there isn’t even a shop any longer. A woman that works at a business next door told her that this happens all the time. So must be a scam.

I ordered the Lovely Joy for a loss of a family loved one...and that is NOT what arrived. The bouquet looked nothing like what was pictured...not even similar flowers. I was shocked. I thought they must have switched the order...I wouldn't know if that was ever the case because I called and left a VM and sent 2 emails with the picture of what was received and never any response. At $160 floral purchase you would think I would get an apology or some sort of excuse. I got nothing but a this review survey and bi-weekly advertising. I would recommend dodging this place. I feel totally taken advantage of because it was clear during the online order I don't live in that area. AWFUL company. AWFUL service. AWFUL arrangements!
