Stellar customer service from Angela & Estelle made a very difficult situation bearable. The entire process was handled by two phone calls & an electronic signature form sent by email (although I could have gone to the office if I preferred). There was zero pressure to make additional purchases or upgrades & all financial quotes were straightforward (as shown on the company’s website). I would recommend this company to anyone who will be responsible for making cremation arrangements after a loved one passes.

Crown Memorial Cremation in Portland helped our family so much when my twin died last year. I called on the Salem branch to prepay for my older sister who has brain damage from a brain infection. Then I prepaid for my own cremation so that my kids wouldn't go through that hardship. Crown Memorial is very affordable and they didn't try to sell me on anything else - so easy to compete the paperwork and they are kind and compassionate during the process. I highly recommend them!
