Sherlock Bones Animal Hospital

My 6 month old Australian Labradoodle, Cheese, loves going to Sherlock Bones! The front desk staff are amazing, and the staff are terrific, too. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is grooming. Cheese had a full cut the last time he went in, and he has a nice cut with the exception of his neck and around his mouth, which really needed it. I was able to trim his “beard” at home. But for $95 (I didn’t know it would be this expensive for Cheese, which doesn’t include the tip), I would have appreciated having his “beard” trimmed. Would still highly recommend!!!!

The staff here are amazing! My 6 month old Australian Labradoodle, Cheese, LOVES going to the vet and groomer, and loves the staff! Rachel made Cheese feel comfy with the grooming process, which is a big deal when you are starting out with your fur baby. I also left Cheese with Sherlock Bones for boarding for two nights, and he was a happy puppy when I picked him back up. Not anxious, just happy to see his people, and happy to have been there! Highly recommend.

The staff at Sherlock Bones are sweet and always so welcoming and happy to see our dogs. They were very compassionate during the loss of our previous dog as well. Our pups are well cared-for and several of the staff are very aware of the specific issues whippets can experience.

I took my guinea pig there recently. Everyone was so nice and professional. It was a great experience as they were detailed and very reassuring.

I took Gretchen, a 12 year old Rat Terrier for a check up and to have her assessed for teeth cleaning. Gretchen has lots of digestive issues- picky eater, intermittent diarrhea, licking the floor, etc. We had a very thorough assessment with a plan of care that sounds like it may help her- with Dr. Carolyn Kokocha. She did some blood work and found some abnormal labs and is going to address those issues also. If we can get her diet and her labs improved, I’ll be very pleased with the results of the visit.
