Buffy did an amazing job with our order! She provided excellent customer service. The floral arrangement was really beautiful, fresh & elegant! She even helped us pick out a few extra gifts to add to our flower basket! It was delivered in a very timely manner. What a great experience! This is our new favorite florist!

Did a google search to find the top florist in Carmel and came across Crown and Cloth. I was calling from Canada to place an order and was presently surprised by the wonderful customer service. The arrangement that arrived was spectacular. Buffy was kind enough to send me a picture of what she was sending which reassured me that I had made the right decision in contacting the store. You will not be disappointed in the quality.

I called Buffy at Crown & Cloth out of the blue to ask her if she would make flower crowns for my daughter’s 1st birthday party. She agreed, even though I didn’t really have a vision, and she delivered a beautiful product that I will never forget! She made crowns for me, my boyfriend, and my daughter - even though that is not what she specializes in - the end result was incredible. She also filled mini vases with gorgeous arrangements to display on our tables. I have never seen such intricate and unique flowers! She was communicative, fun, timely, affordable, and truly created a product that I will never forget. In fact, I still have the flowers dried in a vase as a memento for our daughter’s first birthday. One thing that I really like about Buffy is her willingness to communicate over text and truly accomplish the vision that I ended up having. She was receptive to photos from Pinterest and other ideas so that she could figure out what I really wanted. Beautiful florist, beautiful soul!

Buffy was amazing to work with and she delivered a beautiful arrangement of thanks for a special friend. While my husband was in the hospital undergoing a bone marrow transplant, we asked Buffy to put together an arrangement for a friend and her dog, who so selflessly helped us in preparation for that said transplant. Our friend sent us pictures and it was beyond what we hoped for. I would highly recommend her for any need! And a few months out, she is still checking in on my husband. Thank you Buffy at Crown and Cloth!

These are the most beautiful flowers in town! Every time I send them to someone they GUSH over them! She’s so creative and artistic with her arrangements- they are super unique. The customer service is wonderful- I often call the day of, or day before an event or birthday ( bcuz I’m forgetful) & she always gets them out for me. The fact that some proceeds go to charity make it even better. I haven’t called another florist in town since I came across Crown & Cloth.
