I recently moved to SC and my mother is still in Indy. She’s always loved flowers from this store, so I called to this location and they delivered a very beautiful bouquet of my mother’s favorite Daisies for her birthday. They were even able to deliver in a matter of a couple hours. Thank you for everything
Above and beyond. I mistakenly showed up just after their closing time on the Sunday before Memorial Day to pickup flowers for my mother’s birthday. I caught the florist as she was leaving and she kindly and quickly opened the store and found our order. Great service.
Terrible customer service. Ordered for delivery - website said it would be delivered on a Monday. Never received confirmation that it was delivered - had to call on Tuesday and was told they would call back with confirmation that day. Never heard from them. On Wednesday I called again and finally someone to tell me that they couldn't deliver it. They did not reach out to me to communicate the issue at all and I had to ask for a refund of my money. Would not recommend at all!
Just had them make a valentines bouquet. I had no idea what to do. I just gave them a budget of $50 and they blew my wife away. She said it was the best she has ever gotten from me in 20 years. Bye bye Kroger.
