I requested a Christmas arrangement for my Mom’s holiday dinner on 12/23 with pink, white and silver flowers and decor. I let Jan know specifically that my Mom does not like red or gold. I arrive to my Mom’s house on 12/22 and find an arrangement with red, gold, pink and white. No silver. What??nnI let Jan know the evening of 12/22 that there was an issue. I received a lot of excuses including she doesn’t remember me telling her I did not want red or gold. Wow! We spoke about 5 or 6 times and texted over 2 days!nnNow Jan is planning to sue me because I did not want to pay full price for an arrangement that was NOT what I asked for. I ended up redoing it as best I could. I do not in any way recommend Jan’s floral services.
