Animal Aid Clinic South

The staff at Animal Aid Clinic South has been the medical caregivers of our fur baby for her whole life. Recently we had to say goodbye to our fur baby. The staff there was very compassionate and caring during this very tough time. Dr. Ballard took the time to talk with us and help us understand the process and ensured us that we were doing what was best for our baby girl. She let us stay in the room for the entire procedure and spend as much time as we needed with our precious Jackie Sue ud83dudc95 after she passes. A few days later we received a card from Animal Aid Clinic South signed by the staff. Dr. Ballard included a beautiful message that showed that she really listens. She remembered and mentioned detail about stories we told her. When we picked up the remains of our beloved fur baby they showed that they really care about our feelings. They all made this horrible experience a little more bearable.

I was very pleased with the way Maggie was treated before and after surgery. Maggie’s aftercare was explained to me thoroughly and I was kept abreast of her progress after her surgery. Thank you to Dr. Stacey Dean and staff for taking such good care of my Maggie Mae!

Dropped my Cat Simba off to get Neutered and get his shots done today, and while it was a bit more than other places I called, I’m so happy I took him here. They were so nice about the whole process and I could tell they really took care of my pet. I was so worried he’d be sad or out of it and honestly he isn’t even acting like he had a surgery done. He has been his normal cuddly self since coming come. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby! Will definently recommend you to my friends and family. And I’m looking forward to my dogs appointment next Friday ud83dudc9bud83dudc31nnAlso want to add that they are very understanding about paying in-advance each week. I scheduled my animals appointments a couple months in advance so I could pay a little each week before the appointments and they made the whole process so easy! Honestly a great place to work with and I actually feel like they care about my animals. They even explained the bill to me in-depth so I understood how much each thing cost and what they were doing. They definently deserve 5 stars!!

My pups had apparently gotten into chocolate while we were gone. Came back and panicked knowing chocolate can be toxic to dogs. My own vet was closed and I didn't know what to do so I called Animal Aid Clinic as they were 15 mins from closing. Whitney took my call, got me some answers and helped to calm my anxious mind! I really appreciate that she wasn't in such a hurry to leave work that she was able to give me a few precious moments of her time!
