Waited 30minutes for a tech to give my dog a booster shot that I was told I needed at his annual a few weeks earlier, but no one showed up. When I inquired after waiting for so long, I just got an excuse that they were understaffed that day and revived no offer of how to make it right...nor how much longer it would take to be seeing. I said I simply could not afford to keep waiting and had to leave. Could’ve at least called me beforehand to say that they were understaffed to save me time, but I guess my time had no value to them. Will never come back and do NOT recommend. Very unprofessional.
We live out of state(visiting family) and needed some meds for our furbaby and they were very friendly and helpful. A+ couldn't have asked for anymore, Thanks
Love taking my pup there for all her needs. Staff there loves her and makes her feel as comfortable as they! Friendly and cost effective
Opted for the laser upgrade for my dog's neutering. He did great. Staff was awesome. Highly recommend
