I ordered a vase for pick up the same day just trusting it would be beautiful as all t.he flowers I had ordered in the past. This was a gift for a very special occasion and I simply described the arrangement I wanted without specific flowers. I was very disappointed about the arrangement and monochromatic dark colors so I returned it. I was very impressed with the apology I received and complete refund. Will go back gladly. Customer service was exceptional.

Beautiful arrangement for my daughter's birthday, she LOVED it! When I picked up the flowers they were so kind to package the arrangement so that I could drive to Los Alamos without it getting damaged or spilling.
They created a perfect rose bouquet for our wedding. They asked questions and listened to exactly what I wanted. The colors were perfect!
This is a fabulous shop! Fred arranged the flowers for my son's rehearsal dinner as well as the dinner after the wedding --- both venues were very different and the flowers were perfect for both dinners. He was great to work with and even helped with several items that were on the unusual side!!! Thanks so much to Fred & his staff!!!!
