Lincoln City Animal Clinic

We have been there twice in the last couple of months. The 1st time I had to wait almost 25 minutes after my 2:00 appointment. Even though I told them what space I was in I still had to wait because the person who came out got someone else instead. The 2cnd time I was there I called a couple of minutes before my appointment time and was immediately asked to wait on hold. I was on hold for about 20 minutes and there was other people coming and going. I was told that 1 of them was just picking up some supplies and I told them that they obviously got through on the phone to someone to get their stuff and I was still on hold. So even though the vet seamed to be good with the animals I have decided that if this happens again I will find somewhere else to go.

This clinic is absolutely amazing. My girlfriend and I were in town for a weekend getaway and one of our dogs got in a fight with someone else's dog. We rushed to the vet and staff did not have to take our dog due to a long wait but they did end up taking him in right away and gave him emergency surgery. We want to give a special thanks to Shelly, Dr. Brooks, and front desk staff for the greatest service we've ever gotten from a veterinary office. The prices are awesome too....a lot of work done for a small price. Thank you all so much!!!! We greatly appreciate everything you do!!

I have been going here for 2 years and always had great results. Today I needed a urgent appointment for my cat and saw Dr. Brooks. She was wonderful as was her assistant Kat. They took care of my cat and were exceptionally kind. I know i can count on them for the best care. THANK YOU!
