They are so good to my boys and affordable too!
I have to take my Louie to get allergie shot every 4 to 6 weeks Dr Amanda is a wonderful vet and her staff are the best thank YOU
Ignore star rating, would prefer not to do it. They offered the best care around before March. Dr. Dave and Dr. Baker sent a very caring note to my family after both of our dogs died in a fire, genuine care that is unheard of. I’m now sitting here crying as my dogs (2 and 3) are being “seen” there. My other dog (1) had been having seizures, so we made an appointment. I was not told that I would not be allowed in when I made the appointment. My mom came with me to the appointment. She uses a wheelchair. I wanted to leave, but my mom didn’t want to. So we had the appointment outside. While my dog was inside getting a weight without us, the tech asked if she could draw blood for a heart worm test that we consented to, and she asked if it would be ok for her to take the required about of blood for blood work *if* the doctor wanted to do it. We consented to the extra blood being extracted, but not for blood work to be run. They did it anyways without our consent. I think it was $65, but I may be wrong. They then asked “if we still wanted to do the shots today?”. That question is not valid for my family because there is still an extra $65 being drawn from my bank account.nI got my second dog at the end of August. I called to make an establishment appointment and asked when two people would be allowed to go inside, so we made an appointment when that would be allowed. The day of the appointment I called to confirm that two people would be allowed inside and they said no. Because the quality of care is not the same when I’m not there (it’s hard to say my dog shakes like this when she has a seizure and have the vet see what I am demonstrating over a phone call), I asked for a 50% reduction in price of services. They 100% had the right to say no (with no hard feelings) and that is what they did. I offered this because the services that I was promised were not able to be carried out, and in most cases (like a hairdresser) it is hard to fill an appointment time the day of an appointment, leaving them with no money coming in. They were able to fill the appointment, so that was a better economic decision for them. I would just rather take my business to Wea *until* they allow two people to come in, but even though these dogs are my project I am not the one paying, so that is why they are there now.
They are the best and they don't over price they truly wanna help the animals
Very neglectful work! I brought my dog and cat into their clinic to be neutered. Both my cat and dog incisions were still open. We were given 2 pain pills for each. The cat was dripping blood in the crate at pick up and my dogs incision is all red and irritated and you can see FLESH through his incision! I reached out to the vet over the coarse of 2 days and was told that the cats incision looks great and that the dog was a little irritated from licking or rubbing against the shaved hairs. It has been 6 days since their surgery and both still have open wounds. The most I was told was to put ointment on the dog and an ice pack! This was such a poor job done! I called an asked to resolve this and the owner said she has seen thousands of surgery and that I do not have any veterinary experience. Will not be going back!
