I recommend The Ark Veterinary Clinic. They are consistent and caring. They have flexible hours on the weekends, and are not as high priced as the one I left in this area.The front desk is friendly and caring. For my dog specifically, Dr. Rachel Sangl has been especially thorough, and always takes the time to communicate all options, while respecting my need to know. She answers all my questions. Truly feel she is knowledgeable, compassionate and caring for my elder dog. Very comfortable, friendly. Thanks to all of the ARK staff!
I really felt like they took good care of my senior akita when he went in for his annual health exam. It was very difficult for me to have to stay outside while he went in for his exam (because I love him so much and worry) but the staff was very sweet with my boy and patient with me. They answered all my questions and gave me a care plan for the coming year. My first visit was definitely a good one. Thank you to the entire hard working staff!
Let me know everything that they did and why it was needed. Explained everything so well. Made me feel like family. So caring and so so very nice. AWESAME group of ladies. And they liked Daphne. Thank you all for helping me understand all about my kitty
We started going to The Ark in the middle of the pandemic. Despite me not being able to be with my large breed puppy inside the clinic due to health and safety guidelines, the entire staff was amazing. Every time we need to visit, they go out of their way to make it abundantly clear that they CARE about my dog. They are beyond kind, considerate and friendly. They are also thorough, reasonably priced, have answered every question I've had and they follow up regularly.
I love both Doctors! All of the staff here are wonderful! They always have treated my dogs and myself with the care and respect that you hope to receive but often don't find.nThey helped me and my pug navigate through his last years with dignity and love. And I will ask for their help again with my aging doxie. My lab has been visiting their office since we brought her home at 8 weeks, the knowledge of working dogs and their needs is hard to find in Eugene. They were amazing in her most recent visit of needing stitches, they let us drop her off and worked on her during their lunch break.nI will continue to visit only this office. They respect clients and truly treat us like family. Like we matter. Not like a paycheck.
