Exceptionally friendly and caring staff. We take our two dogs here and until recently brought our 16 yr old cat for care here as well (they recently helped us through her end of life care). They are through, helpful, and really really care about animals. The kind staff have been really supportive through our cat's process. Our furry family members have never liked a veterinary place before here, we wouldn't imagine taking our pets anywhere else.
Dr. Hardy, Dr. Poquette, Andria, and every member of this team are FABULOUS! I’ve been using their services for about 2 years and have always found them to be knowledgable, compassionate, accommodating, and very responsive to my needs. My kitties get excellent care there and they are my kids! I really like their online booking system and patient portal, it’s very easy to use and access! They’re also great at promptly scheduling appointments. I’m very happy that we found them and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for two wonderful vets who truly care about the well-being of your furry family!
We just moved to Eugene from the East Coast about a month ago and Pawsitive Wellness Veterinary Care was recommended to us by a friend. Our dog woke up very sick the other day and ended up having a pretty bad case of gastritis. We brought our dog in for care and EVERYONE at the clinic was so kind, responsive, and caring. Dr. Hardy and staff called us multiple times to update us on our dog and talk us through the steps for her care. I am so thankful that we found Pawsitive Wellness Veterinary Care. They made me feel so comfortable leaving her there too! Thank you for taking such good care of our dog and being so kind!
I would like to say thanks to all of them. They tried their best to help my Betta fish. Although my baby is gone, they send a card to me tell me don't be so sad. I think vets in United States did very good job, way better than vets in China. Thank you all again!
My Husband and I are first time fur parents. We took our kitten to a vet and I didnt feel like she got treated very well. Pawsitive Wellness staff took much better care of her, I was involved and I was able to see her the whole time. I felt like I gave her to a friend not a vet. Thank you for comforting and loving on my baby like she was yours. Wish it wasnt so expensive but worth the peace of mind that she is cared for.
