Such nice people. Very professional and just really nice. My aunt's dog See's a vet and has grooming and is very happy with both so is her dog.

There used to be a time when if you were a long time client and your pet was in trouble you could bring them in and they would squeeze them in.Especially if they were diying. Now they send you away if they don't have an avaliable appt. I have been going there 12 years and i was turned away. Even if all they could do was make the pet comfortable.they could not spare 15 minutes... I'd like to update this review now. the last visit I had in June was much better, I received more personal attention, and updates when I asked for them. I feel that they are also trying to improve the time frame in which they will squeeze in a pet. I am happy that they are getting better!

The BEST Veterinary clinic I've ever used. Their Wellness Program can't be beat. It includes one free teeth cleaning a year, which practically covers the monthly payment. Also, you can bring your pet in on the weekends, reducing need for expensive emergency vet. Besides reasonable fees, ALL staff are super nice. I couldn't recommend a local service more highly!

I have taken my Gucci, here a couple times and each time he's been treated with love and handled with care. The receptionists and nurses are great, they offer great dog plans and are great at communicating. Would definitely recommend.

My family felt extremely dissatisfied with Banfield's manners and professionalism. When we took in our pet Toby for the second time to receive a vaccination, we once again were disappointed with Banfield's ability to help our dog through advice and recommendations to the owners. To begin with, Banfield are prime examples of your everyday sales man that encourages you to add on unnecessary medical fees. In addition, our doctor was extremely rude by interrupting us through the phone (COVID-19) when we had questions about our dog's separation anxiety. She wanted to instead skip the entire physical exam - that you must pay every single time regardless - and finish the vaccination as quickly as possible. This meant we are providing them a free $49.99 physical exam without receiving any information about the side effects of his vaccination or questions the owners may have overall. All together, Banfield was horrible at delivering information when we did have a question. For example, our doctor, Kendra Below, cannot tell us an ideal weight for our Dachshund and Parson Russell Terrier when they already have a scale on the documents. When they first weighted our dog during the first exam, he was 20 lbs and it said ideal weight. Now, they're telling us he's 16 lbs and overweight. What in the world? It sounds like they can't make a decision and lack the experience to help any dog owner. The front staff were nice and wonderful, but people within Banfield are extremely unprofessional and rude. We will not be coming back. Banfield, if you want to talk to us, you can find us at VCA.
