Echo Hollow Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care

I took my cat in for a pretty serious URI, and then again for a follow up a few weeks later. Both times I found them to be very compassionate toward my boy, who warmed to both vets despite his typical hesitation to new people. The second visit came with a bit of a wait. But, they offer urgent care appointments/walk-ins so I was happy to wait for animals who were much sicker/more injured than mine to go first. I'd want the same for either of my 2 cats if I find myself in that unfortunate position. So bear that in mind when you schedule an appointment, which is very well worth it. Overall, I'm very pleased with the services and staff - and reasonable costs to boot!

Great doctors and staff, very cute decorations. But everything was a little dry. This is still my go-to vet but the desk staff were a little rude during a visit. Overall a stunning and AFFORDABLE vet.

Super awesome staff, very nice and understanding. Was a bit of a wait because there was only one doctor because of a bite accident. They close at 9 but were able to get us taken care of and ended up taking until 9:30.

I have always loved this place. However the staff are terrible. Checked in.... was told to wait outside even though i was no where near anyone. Waited 45 minutes and watched 3 people and their pets go in and sit down. No one else was told to wait outside in their car. After 45 minutes my dog was freaking out so i left to get him home. Tried to call to reschedule and no answer.

One of my dear feline companions developed some concerning litterbox issues, and we didn't have a regular vet established. Echo hollow vet was able to fit me in (same day) and their urgent care fee was super reasonable (only 30 more than a standard appointment as of October 2020). They were very attentive to me and kitty, even though they were completely slammed busy, phones ringing constantly and training multiple new employees.nnI was so impressed by every employee. Wait times are a bit high, but everyone in that place is doing as much as they can, and they are very compassionate and thoughtful towards the animals who they care for, and their humans.nnDuring a pandemic, it's hard to feel safe in any place of business, but the employees were all very vigilant of the amount of people in the building, ensuring social distancing, even though they were so busy. I was worried about the cost, as emergency vet care can be pricy (for good reason) but it was very reasonable. The vet was very good with my cat, and very responsive to all my concerns. I highly recommend echo hollow vet clinic.
