Knowledgeable staff and super clean. They have a vet on site that checks all the animals before they are sold. The selection of pets is not huge but the quality of care seems better than other pet stores I've been to.

Nice place, nice people... Very gentle with my old dog. Would definitely recommend.

Last Friday my husband and I went to the Eugene PetSmart on Willamette Street to buy a new loco laser and catnip toys for our cats, Emma and Bella.nnWe were greeted when we first walked in and when we couldn’t find the cat aisle we were able to quickly locate a friendly employee who helped us out.nnWe were happy that we had a choice of loco lasers and a nice selection of fresh catnip and refillable toys. We spent about $40 but came away with six toys including:nnA refillable catnip cookie with a bottle of fresh Meowijuana CatnipnnA four pack of sushi catnip filled toysnnA battery operated ball that vibrates and rolls and has an attached feather that jumps aroundnnIn line at the register, we waited behind one person for less than five seconds before a cashier called for assistance. When it was our turn, we we asked if we found everything we came for. We were also asked if we wanted to buy a stuffed animal for the police department to give to children when they are called out on family disturbance calls. It was $5 and the cutest llama was right there and I have been that scared child.nnWe left the store feeling like we had a good experience and like we’d definitely be returning in the future to get our kitty supplies. As it turns out, they love the loco laser and their sushi but the star of the show is the battery powered ball!nnThanks, PetSmart!

The bird i Bought was injured by an employee. The employee almost broke the birds neck.
