Dr. Newman and the rest of the staff were great. It was my dog's first dental cleaning and he came through it very well and now has perfectly white teeth. I highly recommend this clinic.
Great experience... friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor, very easy to reach if I have questions/concerns about my pets. Wish I could find a doctor’s office for my family that was this accommodating, kind and compassionate. Highly recommend.
I took my new rescue dog here and all the staff were so wonderful and supportive. I had a long list of questions, and the vet walked through each with me and was very helpful. My dog had a great experience with the staff and came out as cheerful as ever. I was told by others and have seen reviews saying that they were over priced, but that wasn’t my experience. I felt like my bill was maybe on the higher end of reasonable, but didn’t seem overpriced at all. To me, it was absolutely worth it,
I’ve been going to Bush for about 5 years and they are consistently wonderful in all aspects. Not only is the pet care amazing but the customer service is spot on. I greatly appreciate the genuine compassion and concern for what they do.
We've taken our cats/dog to Bush since moving to Eugene 10 years ago, they have always been a wonderful vet partner. Every tech and vet I've met with has been so friendly, professional, and clearly invested in our pets. Current pandemic restrictions are being dealt with in a smart way: you stay in the car while your pet is being seen, while on the phone with a vet.
